The list of desired benefits from future activities is missing. Top Management does not make a decision (to approve/challenge) based on the listed measurable benefits.

Impact

The mission of the company is not on track. Company cannot review benefits at the end of activities execution and assess future company direction.

Recommendation

Create a list of benefits for each new idea. Check the idea and related desired benefits against actual/dynamic company strategy. Approve only realistic and beneficial activities and during the activities execution keep up to date the list of benefits.
