During the project, the project manager was replaced...

During the project, the project manager was replaced, PM did not provide sufficient handover to the new PM which has huge impact on project plan (financial,schedule,..)

  1. Managing must ensure good handover, either in the form of a workshop or a good checklist. If the project allows, it is advisable to engage from the start of a junior PM project that would be able to respond faster and more efficiently to the following changes in the project.

  2. If the "old" PM has already gone, the only possibility is to get the picture of the project together with project team and other internal stakeholders. And go through all the available documentation.
