project goals

Many times at the job interview (for a project manager) I listen the question: what is the most important in the project for you? the scope of delivery? the time limits? the costs? This question is set for understanding of the candidate. But what is really the most important for you?

  1. Based on my experience I would say the most important for project manager is the communication and trust building. Success is guaranteed when communication is effective and open. Project manager cannot afford himself to fail to communicate regularly and also elicit feedback. Think about the following: Tell customer today what he needs tomorrow. Customer wil truly appreciate it.
