Success Problem

As a project manager I have to solve a serious dispute with the project owner. How should I proceed?

Impact

The negative dispute result can have negative impacts on the future relations with our important client.

Recommendation

You shold use the „Alternate dispute resolution“. It is a dispute resolution by negotiation for conjunction of interests or by negotiation for compromise. It is the opposite to authoritative dispute resolution e.g. by arbitration, enforced by legal action or other use of force.
