Resource availability for Project

Success Problem

During the Project I had problem with the availability of the resources from Business side due to other operational activities although the Project has been properly announced and resource need has been confirmed verbally.

Impact

The Testing phase would not be completed in time without those resources what would cause the massive delay of the project and therefore the positive business case would be impacted.

Recommendation

Have written agreement with people managers of all project resources to provide their resources for the project within defined period. Key specific details: Who, How Long, Which period and potential time shift
