Successful stakeholder management is one of the key ingredients to a project with many avenues of input. Take the time before you begin the project to outline who will be responsible, what the expectations are and that important information is disseminated to the rightful ears. As the project progresses, take care to inform key stakeholders of progress and what further needs must be met.
