Success Problem

The top management bears to start the project at the soonest based on tentative drafts.

Impact

Unaccomplished project management plan, insufficient identification of all project stake-holders and their requirements, unrestrained improvisation, uncontrolled project changes, cost overrunning and project duration extension.

Recommendation

Better self-reflection and self-control of the top management. Remember: • the beginning is the most important part of the work (Plato, Greek philosopher). • I do not have enough time to be in hurry! (I.F. Stravinskij to his publisher).
