Mandate contract engages the mandataire to arrange for the mandant payed contractual project management realizing legal acts or other activities on behalf of the mandant and at the cost of the mandant.

Recommendation

Project manager as the mandataire is responsible for counselling and project management for the procuror with necessary professional care. Mandataire acquires the right for reward, when he/she properly realizes the promised activity. If the mandataire performed the activity with needed professional care, he/she is not responsible for achieving the project objectives contrary to the contractual management based on the commission contract.
