The project stakeholders analysis helps the project manager know if he/she should make provisions for a given interested party´s interests.

Recommendation

The project manager should make provisions for the interests of any interested party, which could: a) damage or reduce the project manager´s or the project owner´s authority, b) support the project through its resources, or other support, c) influence the direction or composition of the activities of any interested party.
