Success Problem

Working remotly and seeing colleagues only via internet can be hard for building trust. Despite that internet is helping us to be closer still it is a big challenge to build strong relationships.

Impact

Feeling that people can trust each other helps building strong a team. Especially when "hard time" comes such as complications in project, misunderstandings, etc. Or even in simple thing that you will understand what problems are your team member facing.

Recommendation

Find time when you will be discussing only personal issues, have small talks, avoid talking about work stuff. The best thing is to set a time when you will have your "virtual coffee" with your colleagues.
