The perceptual logic is one from the grounds why project managers often fail in communication, problem solving and in the decision making.

Impact

Perceptual logic is understanding the things according the own experience, immediate circumstances and according to the own goals and whishes. At the first sight the perceptual logic is the contradiction to the „rationale logic“, but with deeper insight it is clear, these are not contradictions but mutual supplements.

Recommendation

The choosen project management methodics must be combined with integrated project perception and with application of well developed practice competences, social competences and perspective competences.
